Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty)

Upper and lower eyelid surgery for hooded eyelids, bags and puffiness. Lower eyelid surgery can include a mid-face lift to smooth the lid–cheek junction.

Ear correction (otoplasty)

Reshaping prominent or asymmetric ears by setting them closer to the head.

Liposuction under the chin and along the jawline, fat transfer to restore volume, and radiofrequency treatment, used on its own or alongside surgery.

Surgery for the eyelids, ears and lower face, without injectables.

Your consultation

At your consultation Mr Oezdogan will:

  • discuss what you would like to change and why

  • examine you and explain which options are suitable, including non-surgical alternatives or not having surgery

  • explain the benefits, risks, recovery and the possibility of further surgery in the future

  • give you written information to take away

You will be asked about your eyesight, dry eyes, contact lens use and any previous eye or facial surgery.

Private consultations and surgery are offered to adults aged 18 and over. You will be given time to reflect before deciding, and a second consultation is offered before surgery is booked.

Where surgery takes place

Consultations and face and eyelid surgery take place at Highgate Hospital (Nuffield Health) and The London Welbeck Hospital. Day-case procedures take place at Chase Lodge Hospital, Mill Hill.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer anti-wrinkle injections or fillers?

No. Mr Oezdogan offers surgical treatment of the face and eyelids only.

Is ear correction covered by insurance?

Some insurers cover otoplasty in certain circumstances. Please check with your insurer before booking.

Is eyelid surgery available on the NHS?

Upper eyelid surgery may sometimes be funded when excess skin significantly affects vision, depending on local criteria. Cosmetic eyelid surgery is self-funded.
